Bikram Yoga is a therapeutic 90-minute series of yoga postures that improves flexibility, strength, and balance of the body and improves mental clarity and focus. It is practiced in a heated room (105 degrees), which warms the muscles and joints, improves circulation, detoxifies the body through sweat, and significantly reduces the risk of injury during stretching.
