Location: Auburn Hills, MI Duration: End of 2013 Effectively discuss and craft user stories and acceptance criteria, detailed requirements, and tests with business stakeholders (Product Owner) and team members Define functional tests based on user stories and acceptance criteria Lead Test-Driven (ATDD) approach and working sessions Be cross-functional between Tester and some level of Business Analyst role Be proactive relative to their responsibilities, must be a self-starter Create overall Test plans; Functional, integration, performance, regression, UAT. Must be able to identify the required types of testing and coordinate with multiple teams. Create test plans that are broad perspective at the project level, as well as Release and Sprint level Demonstrate working software at Sprint Reviews Knowledge and experience testing web-based applications and integrated systems Perform exploratory testing Be a member of Testing Center Of Excellence (COE), providing leadership for automation testing and frameworks Determine if a feature is a candidate for manual or automated testing Define and manage the defect management process Commitment to continuous improvement for all Agile practices, more specifically testing practices
